Policies & Procedures

 Commencement of Tenancy 
COMMENCEMENT OF TENANCY IS 2P.M. Upon entering the community tenants must check-in at the security gate by giving their name and unit address.

Parking
Each property has specific instructions on where to park located in the "Tenant Services Directory". Please read carefully upon arrival. Motor homes, RV's or boats are NOT permitted at any property

Non-Smoking 
All properties are non-smoking. Any tenant found in violation at any time will be asked to leave. All moneys for the lease will be forfeited.

Property Rules 
A detailed manual specific to the community is located in the "Tenant Services Directory" at each property. Please read them carefully upon arrival.

Completion of Tenancy  
COMPLETION OF TENANCY IS 10 A.M. In the event that the tenant does not vacate the premises by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of their stay, the pro-rata rate indicated on the lease agreement shall be assessed for each additional day. 

Damage Assessement 
By entering into this lease agreement, you hereby authorize Vacation Homes of Las Vegas to assess charges to your credit card for any theft or damage beyond normal where and tear. In the event that there is such theft or damage, an accounting and invoice will be sent to the tenant within sixty days of departure. The tenant shall then have ten days within which to dispute the charges, in writing. Thereafter, Vacation Homes of Las Vegas shall have the unqualified right to assess the charges to the aforementioned credit card.
